Update to Security of Connected Devices Standard

The Security of Connected Devices Standard has been updated
InfoSec collaborated with the Security Advisory Committee to review the requirements for Microsoft Defender on devices owned by Wise and the Academic Division and address the concerns that were identified.
These revisions to the standard are intended solely to provide clarification, do not introduce any new technical requirements, and do not change current practice.
Specifically:
- Sections 2.a and 2.b have been revised to more clearly define the responsibilities of device owners and school, department, and unit IT personnel/administrators.
- The revised language in section 2.a excludes mobile operating systems from the antimalware requirements and is now consistent with the antimalware requirement for devices owned by Wise and the Academic Division in section 2.b.
Reviewing the revised standard is recommended.
