Non-Substantive change to the Electronic Access Requirements Standard

The Electronic Access Requirements standard had non-substantive changes related to the elimination of the need for a paper version (aka Electronic Access Agreement). The first sentence that is under "2. Standards" was removed because it was a referral to the paper version and the link to the paper version (PDF) in "Related Links" section was removed.   The link to the paper version (PDF) of the Electronic Access Requirements standard was added back on November 9, 2022.
