Vendor - UVA Shield 2019

UVA Academic and Health System staff ranging in roles from administration to IT support

Basic Vendor Registration, $170 - Promotional table space in the main hallway and a mention in the conference program.

Afternoon Break Sponsor, $1,000 - Basic benefits, plus logo featured on the conference site and in the program.

Lunch Sponsor, $1,500 - Afternoon Break benefits, plus "table cards" advertising the sponsor on the lunch tables

**In addition to the fees above, we request that each vendor provide a door prize with a value of $50 or more.** 

The vendor area is located in the main hallway so that vendors will be a part of the conference throughout the day.

Attendee registration begins at 7:30 AM. Vendor tables and personnel should be ready by 7:15 AM. Set-up on Tuesday is available upon request.

Take-down begins at 3:15 PM.

Registration and sponsorship payment must be received by October 1, 2019.
